Pretty subpar. First trim, it pulled many hairs and just felt very very cheap. Upon inspection, it looks to have some plastic parts where it cuts so that could be why. I want to return but you have to play to return and since it's going back to the UK from US, I'd rather gift it to a young kid in my family. Would not recommend to anyone. Pay a few bucks more and get a true commercial grade trimmer your barber recommends.
